| SYSTEMSTHINK, LLC was founded in 1998 by Fred Ellerbusch. At SYSTEMSTHINK we focus on three sectors: institutional, developing service companies, and industry. Within the institutional sector, our current area of emphasis is on the regional front, through research affiliated with academic institutions in the Northeast - Mid-Atlantic states. We have examined how various policy initiatives might improve environmental management and performance nationally. We have also focused on the sustainability of Brownfields. For the service sector, our current client/project base includes providing technical expertise and coaching for support staff, strategic technical and regulatory advisement for senior management, and executive level leadership. For the industrial sector assistance tends to focus on policy and strategic EHS direction, performance improvement through management systems, governance support through auditing, assessments, due diligence, permitting, and remediation support. Our client base is both domestic and international in scope with firms headquartered in the United States, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. Regardless of company size, each engagement is dedicated to maximizing the value and return of our client’s EHS assets and investments, whether human, physical plant, intellectual property, or product related. |
